Session Payment

• The session fee is needed at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Session Fee must be received within 5 days of booking in order to guarantee session.
• The session fee deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 6 months with a 24-48 hour cancellation.
• Credit & prices expire 30 days after gallery is posted. Credits and special offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Ordering Prints

• All images are available in color, black and white, sepia, or hand-tinted.
• Galleries are good for 7 days; $50 to upload an additional two days.
• 8.25% Texas sales tax applies to all orders unless they are shipped outside of Texas.
• Shipping and handling (if any) are the responsibilty of the customer.
• All orders are non-refundable once payment is received.
• All orders must be paid in full when they are placed.
• Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted via Paypal.
• We take the greatest care in producing your protraits. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be processed.
• Prices are subject to change.
• The customer will be charged shipping and handling if any items are shipped.
